PTO Manager is where you, the Parent, keep your contact information and volunteer preferences up to date for your PTI and School Leadership Team (SLT).
 
With this site your SLT or 'Event Chairpersons' are able to create 'Events or Tasks', then find and contact by email parents who have indicated they are willing to help with that event or task.
Example -  'Book Fair'
'Event Organizer'  creates the event 'Book Fair' they can then do a search for the parents who have indicated they are willing to help with the 'Book Fair'.  The Event Chair can then e-mail you individually, or as a group to help with the 'Book Fair'. As a parent you can see what events are available to assist with and mark your preferences in your profile.
 
There is also an option (not a requirement) for you to record the hours you volunteer to the school.

If you decide to assist the PTI by being a 'Chair' of one of the many events, you can use this site to find willing parents.
 
Please keep your information and preferences up to date. You may use one profile for both you and your spouse if you wish, you do not need to have separate profiles.
